Seminar on "Russia's Hybrid War and Georgia"

On March 19, In International Black Sea University was held Joint Seminar / Public Lecture by "Th. Jefferson Research Center" and "Center For International Studies". The theme of the lecture was "Russia's Hybrid War and Georgia". Speeches were delivered by the President of "Th. Jefferson Research Center" Professor Tornike Shurgulaia and the director of “Center for International Studies” Professor Nika Chitadze.
