On January 31 Thomas Jefferson's research center was honored to have Dr. Lincoln Mitchell as a speaker, his seminar topic: "Crisis and resilience of American democracy in Trump Era". The seminar was attended by the "Global Security 2017-2018" program participants, Jefferson Center Interns, Tbilisi Open University staff and students. Dr. Lincoln Mitchell is Honorary member of the Thomas Jefferson Research Center.
